The Global Village Project (GVP) is a middle school in Decatur which serves teenage refugee girls from Afghanistan, Burma, Burundi, Congo, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Iraq, Nepal, Somalia, and Syria.
Directed by Elise Witt, the GVP Music Program uses singing to teach English and lots more. For more information visit globalvillageproject.org.
