Monday, March 4: Unleashing Your Inner Potential In The Journey to Self-Discovery - Using her remarkable journey as an immigrant, Certified Life Coach Angela Almario, will offer tools to inspire participants to embrace their uniqueness and discover the power within to create positive change.
Monday, March 11: Resilience: Bounce Up, Not Back - Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Life Coach Judy Cantwell, will guide participants through a confidential self-assessment to discover better ways to improve resilience.
Monday, March 18: Reclaim Your Crown - Certified and Licensed Counselor Michelle Murray, will empower participants to increase their self-worth and offer tools to promote personal growth, increase self-confidence, and unleash hidden strengths.
Light refreshments will be served.
