Chair/Mat Yoga with Mariam Gilmer

Join Mariam Gilmer, certified Hatha yoga instructor, for this eight-week series of yoga classes while sitting in a chair or on a mat.
This will be an in-person and virtual program. Registration required. In-person attendance is limited to first 15 participants. Additional participants will receive a link to join virtually.
