Expecting a baby soon? Join us for the kick-off of this six-part childbirth education workshop series. The first course will cover comfort measures and pain relief.
Childbirth experts Clarissa Edmondson and Tracey Goddard-Johnson will show you how to use labor tools such as a birthing ball and peanut ball. Learn how to prepare for your birthing experience. Light snacks and bottled water will be provided. Partners are welcome and encouraged to join!
Open to expectant mothers between 6 weeks and 40 weeks gestation. Registration is required. Please complete and submit the pre-workshop questionnaire. The pre-workshop Mommy Mix & Mingle begins at 10:00 a.m.
