Learn the beginning-intermediate forms of the gentle martial arts exercise of Tai Chi (Sun style) under the expert guidance of instructors Bill and Lisa.

This is the continuation of the winter beginner's session. Class will meet weekly for sixteen weeks for 1 hour. Attendees can participate standing.
