Montgomery, Alabama is the home of civil and human rights. View photos from the perspective of local Avondale photographer Arthur Ratliff, who visited the “Legacy” tour of museums and monuments.

Arthur Ratliff is a Master Gardener, local historian, and world traveler. His work has been on display at the Wesley Chapel-William C. Brown Library and other DeKalb County Public Libraries. 

This exhibit will be on display during the month of June.
