Come join Kristen Francis for an introduction to mindfulness class! We'll go over the basics and benefits of mindfulness and then enjoy a guided meditation and Q&A.
This four-week introductory class series class is perfect for beginners but open to those with experience. The class is taught from a secular perspective, and is best suited for people ages 13 and up. Class is open to the first 25 participants.
