Medicaid, the federal health insurance program primarily for individuals 65 and older, is often misunderstood when planning your estate.
This class will discuss Medicaid Estate Recovery, penalty periods, eligibility requirements for Medicaid-Nursing Homes and the difference between resource and income when applying for Medicaid. Registration required. Class limit 25.
