The Physicians’ Care Clinic is hosting a Healthy Connections for the Holidays community health fair to encourage healthy lifestyles and connect you to resources.
The Physicians’ Care Clinic is hosting an event called Healthy Connections for the Holidays. This is a FREE health fair for the community designed to encourage healthy lifestyles and connect you to resources including a FREE medical clinic (**check eligibility for clinic at link below). Some of the services provided will include FREE Blood Pressure and Blood Sugar screenings, Health Education, and Linkages to Social Service Resources including job placement, specialized mental health support and housing assistance information. Let’s end the year off with a view of your current health status and FREE, easily accessible resources to improve it. We look forward to seeing you there!
