Mending Embroidery
Artist Janpen Sherwood will teach you how to use simple embroidery techniques to create a piece of art. Mend damaged clothes or embellish clothing with stitches of thread, floss, buttons, and beads.

Artist Janpen Sherwood will teach you how to use simple embroidery techniques to create a piece of art. Mend damaged clothes or embellish clothing with stitches of thread, floss, buttons, and beads.
All materials will be provided, however, participants are welcome to bring their own small piece of clothing, handkerchief, or tote bag. Silk, nylon, t-shirts, and valuable objects will not be accepted. Preferred materials are cotton, linen, and non-stretch denim.
