Bedtime READY for Families

Bedtime READY for Families is an interactive workshop designed to support parents and caregivers in creating strong bedtime routines for their children.
This program encourages early literacy and healthy sleep habits by providing engaging activities, read-aloud stories, and resources that promote a consistent nighttime routine. During the workshop, families will learn practical bedtime tips to create a calming and consistent routine, receive one free book per child, receive a pair of pajamas for their child (sizes 6Y–14Y), and take home a magnet with a bedtime routine reminder.

- Salem-Panola Library, Saturday, April 12 (2:00 p.m.-3:30 p.m.)
- Stone Mountain-Sue Kellogg Library, Saturday, May 3 (2:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m.)
Registration not required, but class size is limited to 25 kids.
