Participants will have the opportunity to learn the basics of organic gardening. Program made possible by a partnership with Project G.R.A.P.E.
Project G.R.A.P.E. is a youth gardening program that provides education through hands-on gardening activities. Lessons are based on: understanding where and how grocery stores attain produce, food technology, research areas related to food insecurity and its effects on BIPOC communities and low-income households, money management and creating a sustainable lifestyle with limited resources.
