Caregivers and children can enjoy bonding over playful poses, engaging mindfulness games, breath work, meditation, and more.

Taught by certified kids' yoga instructor and former educator, Ashley Cocchi-Miller, this class is sure to bring your family closer together. Some yoga mats will be provided. Feel free to bring your own as well. 

Open to the first 12 participants and their caregivers. Register in advance at the Tucker-Reid H. Cofer Library.
