An interactive, small-group workshop for older adults or adults with disabilities. This workshop was developed to address and reduce the fear of falling and social isolation.
Presented by the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC), this 8-week in-person workshop series is for those who have a fear of falling, have fallen in the past, or are interested in improving flexibility, balance, and strength. Please be prepared to attend all 8 sessions, as they build on each other as the instructor moves forward in the program.
Funding for some events at this branch provided in part by the Friends of the Redan-Trotti Library.
