DeKalb County Public Library, in collaboration with the American Heart Association, is devoted to changing the future to a world of healthier lives for all. Libraries with Heart spans across 43 library branches within metro Atlanta (15 branches in DeKalb County), reinforcing the commitment to overall health and well-being. The program is designed to reach under-resourced populations and reduce preventable health risks through education and access.
This event is made possible through grant funding from the American Heart Association and the DeKalb Library Foundation, and is supported by The Council for Community Enrichment, Inc. and the Tau Pi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
