In celebration of Women's History Month, we will present a panel on Black Punk Women moderated by Constance Bailey. It will feature Honeychild Coleman, Nia Hemmitt, Osa Atoe, and Awleen Army.
From the Sista Grrrl Riot movement to the 2020s, we will discuss the importance of Black women in the punk rock scene.
Copies of Black Punk Now, an anthology of contemporary nonfiction, fiction, illustrations, and comics that collectively describe punk today, will also be available for purchase to be signed by the panelists following the discussion.
