Join us for a family-themed yoga class. Parents and children will enjoy bonding with playful partner poses, engaging mindfulness games, breath work, and useful meditation techniques.
Taught by certified kids’ yoga instructor and educator, Ashley Cocchi-Miller. Yoga mats provided, but you can bring your own.
Space is limited and registration required. Please register each participant, including parents. In some cases, latecomers cannot be accommodated.
