Gardening 101 with Basil Family Farm

Stop by this interactive program to learn the basics of gardening. A plant sale will follow the program.
Join gardeners from Basil Family Farm for an educational workshop designed to help beginners and experienced gardeners alike learn what vegetables, herbs, and flowers thrive during the fall growing season. Participants will leave with practical knowledge they can immediately apply, whether they garden in a backyard, raised bed, or containers on a patio or balcony.
Following the workshop, attendees will have the opportunity to purchase locally grown fall vegetable and herb plants, allowing them to put what they've learned into practice. A portion of sales will be donated to the Friends of Scott Candler Library.
