Tai Chi Flow is a perfect blend of stretching, Qigong (qi-flow) and meditation. This class will focus on producing the best health outcomes while reinforcing Tai Chi principles and fundamentals.
The class will end with a short Tai Chi form that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and the mind refreshed!
Note: Please wait till after class to eat lunch. Comfortable clothes are suggested, but not required.
