This online diabetes education program includes:
- Self paced lessons
- Educational videos from doctors, nurses, diabetes educators
- Resources for goal setting, healthy recipes, and more!
- Ability to ask questions to a our Diabetes Education Coordinator
- Certificate of completion
Registration limited to first 10 participants, must attend all 4 classes to receive certificate.
