Design and make a dress at home using newspapers. Bring in your completed design on Saturday, February 22, 2019, and let the community decide who's the winner!
Winner receives a gift card provided by the Friends of the Salem-Panola Library. Dresses will be on display for 4 weeks. Call the branch for more information.
