Join Mariam Gilmer, certified Hatha yoga instructor, for this virtual eight week practice of yoga while sitting in a chair or on a mat.
This will be a hybrid program. Registration is required. In-person attendance is limited to first 8 participants, and masks are strongly encouraged. Additional participants will receive a link to join virtually one hour before the program.
