Come join us for a kindness-themed family yoga class.

Parent and child can enjoy bonding over playful poses, engaging mindfulness games, breath work, meditation, and more. Taught by certified kids' yoga instructor and former educator Ashley Cocchi-Miller, this class is sure to bring your family closer together. Yoga mats provided, but you can also bring your own mat.

Open to first 15 families. Register in advance at the Tucker-Reid H. Cofer Library.
