Culture and Community: Let's Talk About Belonging

2023-06-08 17:30:00 2023-06-08 21:00:00 America/New_York Culture and Community: Let's Talk About Belonging Clarkston Library -

Thursday, June 08
5:30pm - 9:00pm

Join DeKalb County Public Library and Inclusivv for an event focused on building community through meaningful and open conversation.

The pandemic accelerated the global shift to remote and hybrid work and socialization. It profoundly impacted the way we interact with our colleagues and our community, as well as our sense of belonging and connection to our community. In this brave new era, organizations are challenged to find ways to foster a sense of community. This is a conversation about culture and community in today’s society. What it is, why it’s important, and how we can create a stronger sense of community. Registration is required for this event. Please register at: bit.ly/45qR8t9

*Note: This event will be held at the Clarkston Community Center.

This project is supported by Georgia Humanities, in partnership with the Georgia Department of Economic Development, through appropriations made by the Georgia General Assembly.

Support is also provided by the DeKalb Library Foundation and the Clarkston Community Center.
