Join yoga instructor Ashley Cocchi-Miller for a Halloween-themed yoga adventure.
In this class, little yogis will practice playful yoga poses, meditation strategies, and breathwork. It’s sure to be a spooktacular time! Yoga mats will be provided or you can bring your own.
