In this series, kids will learn how to identify and reduce triggers, recognize the early signs of an episode, manage symptoms, use a peak flow meter, and create an action plan.
This is a 4-week course, led by certified program facilitator Inuka Midha, PhD, MPH, MCHES®. Attend three of the four sessions and receive a Certificate of Completion from the American Lung Association. For more information, contact Gina Jenkins, Youth Services Coordinator, 404.508.7090, ext. 2258.
