From the work songs of the fields of slavery to Ragtime, jazz, R & B, and spirituals of the Civil Rights Movement, this play follows the role that music played in the history of African Americans.
Our Children, Our Stories; a nonprofit organization that supports libraries and reading initiatives will be present to give away children's books to program attendees.
Registration not required but seats are limited.
