Join the Fruitful Community Foundation for the kick-off of the Green Library Tours. The tour will include a guided exploration of the climate-resilient landscape installed around the library.
The tour will also include a discussion about how participants can bring these planting practices into their home landscapes. In addition, we will be doing new spring plantings and will offer educational activities for families with children. The Green Library Tours are organized by the Fruitful Community Foundation in partnership with the Jane Goodall Institute's Roots and Shoots program. This program aims to empower individuals of different age groups and communities to become land stewards and active participants in local climate action efforts.
