To journal is to connect with yourself. Writing in a journal lets you think and ponder in private on the page, and journaling supports self awareness, communication, and relationships.
Presenter Wayne South Smith, author of Writing Spirit: Journaling for Creativity and Personal Growth. Teens and young adult writers will gain a confident writing habit, creating successful college application essays, school and work assignments, or other writing projects.
