An interactive, small-group workshop proven to improve your balance and reduce your risk of falling. Learn what will surely become a life-long practice to empower you to age well and remain fall free.

This sixteen session workshop is brought to you by the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) and will be led by a trained and certified instructor from the Tai Chi for Health Institute. Call 470-378-1630 to register by phone or follow the link to register online.
