Beginning Self Defense: Women and LGBTQ Community Members

Instructor Tony DeMil will teach six comprehensive movements that build on one another and combine to form a solid plan of defense and deter attackers.
Participants will cover:
- Situational Awareness
- Attackers Facts vs. Myths
- Drawing Boundaries
- Finding your Voice
- Trusting Your instincts
- “No thank you” is a complete sentence
Open to the first 20 participants.
