The Georgia Center for the Book is pleased to welcome author Rita Daniels, the great-great-great grandniece of Harriet Tubman, and President and Founder of the Harriet Tubman Learning Center, to discuss her new book, Harriet Tubman: Military Scout and Tenacious Visionary, which is a fresh portrait of iconic American Harriet Tubman and the first to involve a Tubman family member since Harriet herself was interviewed in 1886.
