The Physicians’ Care Clinic is hosting a community health fair to encourage healthy lifestyles and connect you to resources.
This is a FREE health fair for the community designed to encourage healthy lifestyles and connect you to resources including a FREE medical clinic (**check eligibility for clinic at link below). Some of the services provided will include FREE blood pressure and blood sugar screenings, health education, and linkages to social service resources. We look forward to seeing you there!
