Join Shelby Balkcom from the DeKalb UGA Extension Agriculture and Natural Sciences Department to learn about edible insects in culture and farming. Perhaps have a little "bug bite" sample of your own.
Learn about edible insects and the cultural, environmental, and economic reasons people all over the world enjoy bug-based foods. Tasting is optional.
