Introduction to Sprouting at Home

Participants will learn the fundamentals of safe home sprouting, start their own sprouting jar, and leave with the knowledge to grow a continuous supply of fresh sprouts at home.
Learn how to grow fresh, nutritious sprouts in your own kitchen using simple, inexpensive supplies. Sprouting is one of the fastest and easiest ways to produce fresh food year-round, requiring no garden, no soil, and very little space.
Presented by the Jenkins Family Nature Preserve.
Open to the first 15 participants, children welcome with an adult.
