What if you could learn easy, fun, evidence-based ways for both you and the young people in your life to identify your strengths and experience greater well-being?
In this interactive workshop, participants will explore the science of character strengths and how these strengths provide daily benefits including reducing stress and anxiety; creating positive relationships with others; and increasing resilience, achievement and confidence. Presented by Sonya Tinsley-Hook, leadership coach and founder of the All Our Strengths project.
