We will focus on breath work through asanas that help stretch and relax the body. The workout will allow us to unwind from the past week and prepare for the one ahead.
The practice will involve a mix of meditation and fitness-based movements, customized to the audience at each session. Remember to bring your yoga mat, small towel, and water. If you don't have a yoga mat, not to worry! We will have a few extra yoga mats in class. Open to first 12 participants
