An interactive, small group workshop lead by trained and certified peer coaches with ARC's evidenced-based program team.
This interactive, small-group workshop is proven to empower participants to make healthy choices, enhancing quality of life as they navigate living with long-term health conditions. Over the six-weeks, registered participants will learn to:
Communicate effectively with friends, family, and health professionals
Manage stress, fatigue, and difficult emotions
Improve sleep and eating habits
Set realistic goals and create action plans
Cope with depression and isolation
